OBADO re-opened on 18/1/22. Older people were happy to resume activities at the Day Centre
where they socialise to reduce isolation in their homes.

Older people are encouraged to take part in a range of activities to promote their physical and mental health wellbeing.

While at the Day Centre, family carers for some get a break from their caring roles which improves their coping mechanisms.
