The ball exercises develop overall control, balance and strength of older people’s core body muscles as seen in the video. They are useful fitness tools for older people to help maintain an independent and active lifestyle.
Other benefits include improved heart health and memory, stimulates brain activity, and increases spatial awareness which is important to them.
